Rural Infrastructure Development Activities

Construction of Feeder Road Type-B

Roads connecting the Growth centres with Thana HQ's or arterial road system have been  identified  as feeder road type-B. These are only surface links  between the growth centres with locations of its higher order (Thana, Zilla or National HQ). The smooth and effective circulation of agricultural produce and their commodities will not take place, unless the physical links between these growth centres and location of its higher order are established through construction and improvement of these feeder roads type-B in order to develop the Growth centres into integrated service centre-cum-markets.
